JT Global (formerly known as Jersey Telecoms) is the leading operator of telecommunications in the Channel Islands, with employees based in Jersey, Guernsey, UK, Denmark and Australia.
Supporting on a variety of projects including culture change to react to the new ways of working and flexibility resulting from Covid-19.
AECOM is a Fortune 500 with over 50,000 employees globally. They are a leading Design, Construction and Build Consultancy Services.
Goodman Owen led on a large scale redundancy and restructuring programme impacting over 1,500 people.
East West Rail is a Arm's Length Body of the UK Government's Department for Transport that was formed in 2019. The programme is responsible for the delivery of c£4bn in new railway infrastructure between the cities of Oxford and Cambridge.
Goodman Owen delivered all of East West Rail's HR Services whilst the Company mobilised, this included the Company's Strategies for the delivery of HR Systems, processes and procedures. Additionally, Goodman Owen was responsible for all HR Operations including Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management, and BAU Services.
NOON are an ambitious digital education start-up that achieved Series-B funding are required HR Services to mature the organisation's People function to match their growth and ambitions.
Goodman Owen provided Strategic Support to Noon to establish their first European Office in London.
Working in partnership with Jacobs, Goodman Owen was engaged to define and deliver the Industrial Relations strategy for the impending rail services of a passenger rail service organisation during a critical Scale Up phase.
